Information for Posters and Demo Session

The “Poster and Demo Session” will take place in the Conference hall on Thursday May 22nd, from 14:30 to 16:30.

• Maximum dimensions for posters are 110 cm wide and 170 cm high.
  
• The posters or demos must be placed in their assigned location or stand, at least, one hour before the beginning of the “Poster and Demo Session”.
• You should be present by your poster or demo during the “Poster and Demo Session” for discussions.
• Posters will be fixed to the boards with double-sided adhesive tape that will available at the registration secretariat.
• Posters can be removed at the end of the poster session on May 22 or at the end of the Workshop. Posters remaining in the boards after 13:30 h of May 23 will be removed by the organisation. No responsibility for loss or damage is assumed by the organisation.
• Design: It is recommended to have simple and clear messages with an introduction at the top and conclusions on the bottom. Remember to place the title, authors and address at the top of the poster. Figures and tables must be viewed from 1 m distance.

Information for invited conferences

The Conference room (Paraninfo) will be equipped with a computer projection system (LCD projector and Pentium IV PC with Windows XP, Office 2003 with PowerPoint, USB port and CD drive). Any other projection needs, including additional software, or the need to connect your laptop to the LCD projector require prior notification to the local organizing committee by e-mail (phealth2008@itaca.upv.es ) with the following subject: "Projection Requirements" before May 2nd, and are not guaranteed. Presentation should be sent at the latest by May 20th to phealth2008@itaca.upv.es You are required to present yourself at the conference room 15 minutes before the session begins.

Registration Policy

Please, at least one author for each paper must be registered in the Workshop in order to include the submitted Paper at the Workshop and in the Conference Proceedings (CD).
